Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable unless relating to circumstances that are outside of the organisers control leading to a cancellation or change of date.
2. For the safety of visitors to the Frenchie Fest, the organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.
3. The organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
4. The organisers cannot accept financial or any other responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal property incurred by visitors to the event.
5. Visitors may be photographed for promotional use of the Frenchie Fest and Fuchsia Media only.
